    As more private and charter schools compete for students across the Houston region, traditional school districts are stepping up their marketing - even hiring private companies to help win families back. At least eight Houston-area districts, including Aldine, Cypress-Fairbanks, Fort Bend and Spring Branch ISDs, have hired a private company, Caissa K12, that specializes in student enrollment.
